Pushing machine is part of both panels lifting group and cutting machine
The pushing machine is part of the panels lifting group and the cutting machine.
It’s composed by a girder with trolleys, sliding on horizontal guides with SKF casters and tempered iron guides. The advancement is obtained through the gears and pinions syncronized movement on lateral racks.
Five pushing arms, sliding up - down are commanded at the same time by a syncronised pneumatic system. They are hand adjustable according to the panel length.
This stripping system avoids jammings that might verify if panels with irregular thickness or glued one to another are used.
The step advancement of pushing machine is realised through an encoder controlled motor.
The inverter torque control, which activates the gear, assures the upper panel selection.
Once the real panel dimensions have been calculated, the software previews the cuts on the base of production needs.
