Multiple drilling machine with 544 madrels for drillings with a diameter up to 12 mm each.
The machine, with automatic load and unload, is run by numerical control and can drill MDF, chipboard or solid wood panels.
It is possible to set up and execute various drilling programs.
Multiple drilling machine for MDF, chipboard or solid wood thin plates or panels. Mandrels for drill bits in a max diameter of 12mm, and rapid system for drill bits replacement with pneumatic activation. The machine can make up to 552 holes in one cycle. It results easy to plan and execute different kinds of drilling programs directly from the PC. Thanks to a particular suction system it is possible to keep the drilling room clean, what is very important in order not to damage the installed mechanical systems. The drilling room is properly sound-proofed and this allows to low the noise caused by the drilling procedure. The machine, with automatic loading and unloading, is always customized on the base of the client's needs.
